The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently visiting the Fernie two Community Hall in Mpuluzi to render providers to your community.

SASSA might be rendering expert services which include new social grant applications, change of payment method, consumer care enquiries, plus the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a statement, the agency stated it truly is alarmed with regard to the large range of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The aim with the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to some significant quantity of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is status sassa often as a result of lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no fully functional office focused on service the area daily. The services issue established for intervention ordeals a sassa status high influx of probable beneficiaries, that makes it complicated for the office to attend to all people who check out a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise more means to allow the servicing of all clients and raise access to Social Assistance solutions,” the agency said.
